To ensure every guest has the opportunity to schedule an appointment, I kindly ask for at least a 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or a prepayment for your missed appointment before rebooking a future appointment.
This policy helps respect the time reserved for you and allows other clients the chance to book that appointment time
